APQN Conference Registration

 

Conference Registration for Members and Non-members

Current members, non-members and those who wish to join the 2017 conference can now log onto the APQN website at

www.apqn.org/events

The payments for registration are to be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) as per the registration form. The applications must clearly indicate participants’ names and agency affiliation. The EFT will close on 1 May 2017.

NB: Bank transfer fees are the sole responsibility of the participant.

Important: Please indicate the following information on your remittance slip of the bank transfer for an easy and correct confirmation of your payment.

This information includes:

  • Registration Number (will be shown when your registration is completed).
  • Complete Name of the Participant.
  • Remittance information “Registration for APQN Conference 2017”.

Payment On-site

NB: An additional 10% of the registration fee will be added for on-site registration and payment. The registration desk will be situated at the conference venue.

Cancellation/Refund

Refunds will be processed if notification is received within 10 business days prior to the first day of the annual conference. Only half amount paid will be refunded. For more information, please view our full Terms & Conditions on the APQN website.

Visa Information

  • I. Citizens of the following countries of the Asia-Pacific Region are required to submit an Invitation letter authorized by the Russian Federal Migration Service or by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation in order to obtain a Russian visa:
    1. Afghanistan
    2. Australia
    3. Bangladesh
    4. Bhutan
    5. Brunei Darussalam
    6. Cambodia
    7. India
    8. Indonesia
    9. Iran
    10. Japan
    11. Laos
    12. Malaysia
    13. Maldives
    14. Nepal
    15. New Zealand
    16. Pakistan
    17. Papua New Guinea
    18. Philippines
    19. Samoa
    20. Singapore
    21. Sri Lanka
    22. Timor-Leste
    23. Tonga
    24. Vanuatu
    25. Vietnam

    To get an Invitation letter fill in the form (download) Attach a good photocopy of passport (valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure from Russia) and send it with the completed form to apqn.ncpa@gmail.com

  • II. Citizens of the following countries of the Asia-Pacific Region are required to submit an Invitation letter authorized by the inviting organization in order to obtain a Russian visa:

    China

    To get an Invitation letter fill in the form (download). Attach a good photocopy of passport (valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure from Russia) and send it with the completed form to apqn.ncpa@gmail.com

  • III. Citizens of the following countries of the Asia-Pacific Region do not need a visa to visit Russia:
    1. Fiji
    2. Hong Kong, China
    3. Kazakhstan
    4. Korea, South
    5. Macao, China
    6. Mongolia
    7. Thailand
